Refund policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. All returns/exchanges for jewelry, and handmade goods are decided on a case-by-case basis. We want you to be thrilled with your purchase & we will do what we can to help you be happy. Please email info@dollvillexo.com, and we will do as much as we can. There are no refunds for custom items as they are handmade and there can be no refunds of our own labor, materials spent, and time.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@dollvillexo.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. There are no refunds for custom items as they are handmade and there can be no refunds of our own labor, materials spent, and time.
